Refund & Return Policy

Because each piece is custom-made to order, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.

To request a return:

  1. Email [Your Email Address] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include photos and your order number.

  3. Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected.
We do not offer exchanges for sizing or color preference on made-to-order products.
